I am sure in the past i have watched the Live videos and seen people only called the once before they moved on to the next person.
However i don't enter their competitions anymore and unliked them due to not being able to get an answer regarding a product i wanted to buy.

I want to stick up for them. I've bought two products from them. A microwave ages ago and a fridge a week or so back. Both times I was seriously impressed with everything about them, price included. Their coms were excellent, they not only delivered when they said, but narrowed it down to a smallish time slot and kept to that. Also, I love their video product reviews. They're so honest, stating what's good and what isn't about the products.

And no, I don't work for them, even though I sound like I do :rotfl:

I second that Blulu, I have ordered from them before and fantastic service, polite delivery guys and great products. I have watched the live stream and I have seen them make call after call till a winner eventually answers - so much fun to watch (whilst praying your phone will ring!) A genuine company on facebook with genuine prizes - makes a change from the numerous scam ones we have been reading about lately.
