About an hour after e-mailed them and posted the details on their facebook pages and on John Lewis facebook! Comments made on the GHD facebook page indicate that several people were affected by this "system error"0 -
John Lewis gave me £30 to cover the £20 cashback and £10 compensation and told me if the cashback ever showed up I could have that as well. It turned up last week. So complaining has saved me 50% of the price. Cheers John Lewis!0
