Bank charges and EXPERIAN credit file

Hi everyone... new to the forum but have been following a lot of the threads and also in progress with claiming back from Nationwide.
Ok... here's the story so far.
I have sent the first letter asking for a copy of all charges which arrived slightly late but is very comprehensive and also includes our joint account which i didn't request.
i have a £2000 overdruaght and also opened a parachute account which i now have my wages paid into. Because of teh increasing charges on the Nationwide account it was like always getting short changed in my pay packet by £180 per month. (That's when the maths go wrong because all of a sudden you're not getting the money in to cover everything.)
I made an arrangement with Nationwide to pay off my Overdraught at £100 per month and they would 'freeze' all charges but not the interest. VERY fair i thought. But then this is the interesting bit....!!!!!
I received an e-mail alert from Credit Expert (part of Experian) informing that a credit account had been deleted from my records. I observed and noted that Nationwide had removed all account information fro both accounts from my credit file. Is this beacuse i have made an arragement or because i have filed for a charge refund of is it just coincidence?
Has anyone else experienced this on there credit file before??
Great site by the way
