Money owed - where to go from here?

Hi all,
Over christmas I did some work on a self employed basis. There was no contract signed between me and the customer but toward the end of the period I began to have serious issues with this person - they were downright rude, uncooperative and a pain in the butt so I walked.
I sent them an invoice for the remainder of money owed for the work I had done but have had no payment or reply. I also still have the keys to this premises which I fully intend to send them once payment has been made.
So where do I go from here? Entering into a verbal discussion with this person is out of the question as they never answer their phone, emails etc. Should I just reinvoice and wait? Or is there anything else I can do. They currently owe me approx £125.
Your advice appreciated.

Send them a polite letter with a copy of the invoice requesting payment within 7 days. If they don't pay you, send them a final letter before action giving them 7 more days to payor you will put them into small claims court.Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.0
