Difficulty in printing off vouchers

I recieved an e-mail voucher today and it just will not print off, it prints every thing on the page except the voucher. Any ideas please. Thanks

    what operating system?
    what are you using to print out? voucher software or what program?

    Oh heck don't blind me with science. Sent as an e-mail to my Yahoo account, normally just press print as it says "print this voucher" and voila except this won't!

    so you get a 'print' button within the email?
  • If you have Windows Vista, 7 or 8 open the the email so you can see the whole of the voucher on screen, then use the Windows Snipping Tool and save it as an image. Open the saved image file and print from there.

    Meanie, it's late at night over here. Actually the vouchers was ftom Perkins in the USA':beer:
