If I had tht sort of money laying around Id buy one, Ive had some magical times down there:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

that kind of cash could easily buy you a 70 foot + boat, i know what i would rather spend my holidays on. but then "proprety only ever goes up in value" even if it is a shed on a beach lol0

you add £50k on as 'beach access' becomes 'private mooring'
the daft thing is that despite only being allowed to use it for 8 months you pay extra ground rent and stuff every year. Cheaper to use the car park and then head back into town each evening rather than being stuck out there personally. Once the ferry stops it's a very long walk. I guess they keep our council tax a bit lower withe the ground rent though so keep on buying....0 -
It's all them Spanish lot flogging their 6 bedroomed villas then coming over here buying up all our beach huts...0

Or you could try Whitstable for a fraction of the price.

Although personally, for that money I would prefer a mobile home park with facilities for the kids.Been away for a while.0 -
