Hi all,
I have made an ESA claim few weeks ago but I have received a letter from DWP requesting again some documents previously provided with my ESA form i have filled (all sent by special delivery).
They are formally asking the followings (in the letter) :
- MED3 (Fit Note) ---> I guess it is the GP sicknote : then it was already sent with the ESA form.
- PASSPORT (veried copy) ---> already sent with the ESA form.
- HOME OFFICE DOCUMENTS ---> I am french and self-employed but leave in the country since 7 years.
- HRT2R : ????
The have added another form that is normally not applicable to my case since I am an EEA resident (french (and I had explained this in the ESA form sent...)):
- HRT2 form : witch is for an habitual residential test.
Thanks in advance for your help,
MoonDragon

A cat who's been sprayed with hot water, will then be afraid of his own bowl of innocent fresh water.
