    Its not hidden or anything, all the butters I see on the shelf say unsalted to salted on the front of the pack, might not be in the biggest letters going but still.

    ok when you make butter at home, is it "sweet" or cultured - because I have done this in the past and it doesn't taste sweet. Confused.
