I'm looking at replacing my laptop HDD with an SSD, but can't seem to find any SATA II SSD drives over 256gb. Can anyone point me in the direction of any higher capacities? Ideally I'm looking for 500gb.

Yes it will the only difference will be the transfer speed of sata 2 instead of 30
