I have a generic USB wall plug it doesn't have any output information on it. Does anyone know what the standard output for one of these plugs are?

Given that branded ones vary in their outputs it's very unlikely that there is any 'standard'. I have found that brand x charger works ok with brand y equipment, so you'll probably be OK, but the risk is that it's a cheap Chinese made charger that could have any number of potential issues.0

The output may be stated on the plug in milliamps. mAit doesn't have any output information on it0

Apparently my Nokia Lumia 900 needs 750 output plug but the Nokia plug has no output info on it! So I can't even confirm it0

If you google the nokia plug model number you may find output info0

It doesn't even have the part number on it, Just says nokia!
(its a two part setup one data cable and the other the plug)0 -
If it's a generic one it'll likely be the minimum (5v, 500ma).
I managed to pick up a branded extension lead (4 normal sockets and a pair of 1000ma USB sockets) a couple of weeks back from Argos for a tenner which was cheaper than most of the branded single USB plugs.0 -
USB will be 5v 500mA (or more)
Any kit it will fit will charge from it, however it may be slower than the official charger that came with it (if the device wants 750mA/1000mA and the charger can only output 500mA).0 -
Only one way to find out, you wont harm a device by using it but you may find some devices barely charge off it. Just see how you get on mate, some devices will tell you the outputthey are being charged from.
Android devices can usually differentiate from a USB 500mA charge and a wall plug and will say so in the power status menu.0
