  • ok what does this exactly mean?

"Interest Free Period 59 days for purchases if you pay your balance in full and on time"

I saw this before i was about to apply for the halifax credit card I thought I had 12 months for 0% purchases ?
  • If you do not have an interest free promotion currently .....
"Interest Free Period 59 days for purchases if you pay your balance in full and on time" .........
This means that if your statements are produced on day x, you can use your card on day x+1 and have 59 days before it has to be paid back, if you bought something on day x+2 you'd have 58 days, x+3 = 57 days and so on ... hope that makes some sense?
