Right, I decided I was going to sort out my meals for this week as I'm all over the place and have loads of stuff to be used, looks like a tiny shop this week, just some salad, brocolli and carrots!

Breakfast - boiled egg or grilled bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast.
Lunches - WG Pasta Salad with courgette, pepper, onion, tomato and leftover chicken or Greek Salad with Avacado.
Snacks, fruit, nuts, small piece of cheese.

Today - roast chicken, taters and parsnips with brocolli, carrots and gravy.

Monday - Blackened salmon with HM pineapple salsa, grilled courgette and crushed new pots with garlic.

Tuesday - HM beefburgers with blue cheese, grilled pots and salad.

Wednesday - HM turkey escalopes in breadcrumbs, mashed cauliflower and peas.

Thursday - HM chicken meatballs, rice and veg.

Friday - Grilled spicy fish and avacado salad.

Saturday - Steak peppercorn sauce, Hm wedges and veg.

My meal plan looks pretty good this week but as I whittle through the stuff in my freezer I imagine they will get more unusual every day!

Ok here's my meal plan for this week. As before - vegan and wheat-free and everything homemade, including the miso soup. I cannot decide at this stage what I'll cook on which day but at some point during the week this is what I will have:

    Breakfasts

Millet Porridge, Oat Porridge or Homemade Granola

    Lunches

    Carrot and Coconut Soup
    Falafel and Avocado Salad
    Sweet Potato ang Garlic Soup
    Pea & Mint Soup

    Evening Meals

    Spicy Butterbeans with Sweet Potatoes
Chestnut & Vegetable Burger with Mixed Salad
    Plantain Curry with Cashew Rice
Sesame Roasted Tofu with Satay Sauce & Broccoli

    Snacks

Dairy-free shakes, wheat-free toast with hummus or peanut butter, miso soup

The books I'll use to get my recipes from this week are: Vegan with a Vengeance by Isa Chandra Moskowitz, Vegetarian Supercook by Rose Elliot, Super Soups by Michael van Straten and Detox Recipes by Anita Bean and Carol Vorderman

    Hi everyone

We're staying in my Mum and Dad's for a week-ish as of tomorrow while we have our chimney breasts taen out upstairs and down so the meal planning os going to be a bit hit and miss. I didn't batch cook this weekend either as we had the FIL and MIL staying plus we've been frantically packing things away so that they don't get too dusty...

So, raiding the freezer of stuff we already have, staring Monday in any ol' order:

    Bacon Stir Fry
    Bolognaise
    Toad in the Hole
    Pie and Chips
    'Something else freezer' and chips

I'm going to be offline for about a week now as the computer's being packed away too so it doesn't explode with all the dust!!
