Sky isn't a credit agreement as such - just a contract to pay so much per month. I doubt it appears on your credit record.
The only way it would is if you failed to make the payments at all and Sky decided to take debt collection action.
As for the bank account, one unpaid DD shouldn't cause them to mark your credit record adversely but it does depend on other factors. For instance if you have recently opened your account and were only offered a basic one because of existing adverse data then they will take a stricter view than if you are a long-standing customer who just made a mistake this month.

You may find it useful to register for the Natwest alerts service.
Then you will get an alert should you slip over your agreed overdraft facility in future.
