    New legislation allows the DWP to keep somebody on the work placement indefinitely. Sanctions will stay in place until he complies.

    He needs to appeal ASAP to be put in The Support Group.

    I'm afraid his battle and struggle is not over! :(


    It doesn't necessarily mean he'll need to start on work programme. My adviser has seen that I'm no way fit for these courses and the only think she's done in over a year is send me for a course of Bowen Therapy. She recommended some courses to get my IT skills up to date, unfortunately all the ones she recommended had already started. Although, if asked to he will need to go speak to an adviser.
