Will this process ever get Fastracked

I have some friends getting ready to start this process and am wondering if at all this process will ever get quicker. We are reading all the time about the court process and how the judges are getting annoyed about our cases. What could happen? If all banks leave paying up till the last minute, this surely is taking advantage of the court system?

Unfortunately the banks are playing the game. The Civil Rules are there and unless they are changed, which they wont, the banks will take advantage of them. It is very difficult to see how the situation can be speeded up. The Judges can do some tinkering to stop some of the more ridiculous abuses of process but in the majority their hands are tied.
