You can ask BG and EON to bill you differently but I doubt you have any 'come back' - they were right to put you on a two rate tariff with a two rate meter, with the benefit of hindsight you should have read the meters more often.

I received a letter from meterplus advising that they wanted to change the meter.
So after speaking to EDF ( this is now the 3rd time though) they have agreed to change the meter with a standard one.
Lets see what they turn up with!

Just got a text from EDF, maybe someone can decipher it for me?

An EDF agent will visit ***** to change Tarrif 1 PH 1 Rate CR your electricity meter

Any ideas?

Some one is coming to change your meter.
I presume you removed the date, but if not you will need to contact the sender to find out what it should be.
