Hi
Ive just been looking on MCOL what it will cost me to file a claim.
I am claiming 475.00 with interest, which amounts to 566.08 total.
will it cost me 50.00- cost of claim between 300-500.00
or 80.00- cost of claim 500.00- upwards.
which fee will I pay. anyone with any experience. If its the lower I can get onto it today, and not wait till I can go into bank to put funds in.
Thanks Jo

The fee you pay is based on the amount you are claiming, which includes interest.
For the the extra £30 quid it is probably worth doing unless your are prepared to accept a lower figure as settlement.0 -
