    She isn't fluent in English and asked me to read the letter for her.

    She can receive help with her English language skills at the local college, some libraries also hold ESOL courses. This would help with her job seeking.
  • ^She does. She has been attending ESOL classes for the past two years which hs helped her a lot. Her understanding of English has improved and she can read English but doesn't understand it fluently nor is she able to speak it.
