I am on my old PC, not used for a long time always use my lap top.
Message from microsoft, Your PC is in need of repair!
They want me to run Registery clean up, Should I let them do it, would this delete all my saved passwords and stuff?

I've never come across a message like that from Microsoft. It's got to be some third party nonsense.
Btw, if it's an old pc that hasn't been maintained for a while I would download Ccleaner to tidy up registry and then use windows built-in Defragmentation tool to tidy up hard drive (Start > Accessories > System Tools)0 -

Turned out to be a ashampoo firefox extension as they'd installed this:

Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:- Double click DDS to run it.
- When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
- DDS.txt
- Attach.txt
Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)0
