Hi
Just need some advice. I received a phone call from a lady on 20th December last year from The Daily Mail informing me that i had won this prize. She told me it was on its way and i should have it for Christmas.
However i still have not received this and have tried ringing them numerous times put just keep getting passed to the wrong department. I have also emailed their promotions department 3 times without response! Any ideas what i should do next?

What have they said when you have rung them? Personally I would keep ringing until you find someone helpful. Alot of prizes take at least 28 days to arrive however since you were told you would have it by xmas I would keep ringing.Total 2019: £3972 - Best win this year £3000

Just keep ringing. Do they not have any idea who it was who contacted you about the win initially? Don't give up - I'm sure it will be worth it in the end.0
