Hi Sam. Look on your Oder confirmation email. Under the summary of items purchased is the sentence " to track your orders click here".
This will give you the details you require. The Uggs I ordered this morning at 9 am still have not been picked so not sure if I will get them. Keeping my fingers crossed.
All orders are supposed to be next day delivery but I think we may have swamped them today.
Anyone got a tracking number confirming shipment has taken place yet?

I ordered last night and the order is showing as picked yet. I was hoping I might have got them for the weekend.

Well I checked my order yesterday lunchtime and it showed and order dispatched just checked again and it says cancelled by store no email or anything though.

Hi, ordered black bombers around midnight on Thursday, arrived this morning in a HUGE box! Great stuff - even though they mentioned tracking details , they didn't materialise before delivery.:j

Thanks Sam. My Baileys and tall black Bombers arrived today. Excellent service. If you look at the price paid Sam...you an easily justify keeping all three!! Just work out the savings alone.

Also on the enclosed receipt are "Loyalty Points". Anyone know what they can be used for. Cannot find any info on their website.

I ordered two pairs on Thursday on separate orders, one of which I mucked up. Customer services rang me back three times on Thursday afternoon to sort it out.

Fantastic service, both pairs arrived this morning. I'm thrilled with them !
