Thanks for apology - it's fine I just felt it was great bargain and was a bit deflated when you thought I wasn't genuine. No prob now.

To everyone else who has benefitted and thanked me I appreciate it and I hope you love your uggs.

The customer service is excellent and they are 100% genuine - there's a shop in manchester I think.

Now the only problem I have is deciding which ones to keep and not keeping all 3 pairs I ordered!! That wouldn't be money saving at all and even my husband would notice 3 new pairs of Uggs in the shoe cupboard!!!!:rotfl::

I got two pairs of channings for dd's the last time and can vouch for them. My only gripe was Zutti didn't send despatch notification so was a bit worried they would actually turn up but everything was fine. Came by Royal Mail special delivery -ordered on Sat delivered on Thursday. I MUST not buy any more
