CC Refund?

Hi

I requested a refund for goods ordered as they didn't arrive soon enough,I got a refund then the next day the goods arrived!

Just want to know as the items were for Christmas if the company can take the money back off my CC? If not I am more than happy to send the goods back as no longer needed as alternatives already purchased,this is actually what I would prefer.

Basically once they've refunded my CC can they then take the money off it again?

Yes, they can.
You can't have both the goods and the refund. If the company doesn't agree with your CC company and proves that the chargeback was wrong, your CC company can reverse it.

Thanks very much for your quick reply,looks like I'll be holding on to the items then! Fear if I send them back they'll get the goods back and my money.

Contact the company (supplier) then and discuss the options with them.
