Afternoon all.
I have started the process of reclaiming my husbands bank charges under the financial hardshipe route.
Looking over a bank statement he printed off before going on the dmp, ive noticed debit interest going out ranging between £30 - £40 a time. Are those because his account was in arrears? Could we claim those back?
Thanks for taking the time to read

You can claim anything you like but the bank is not obliged to refund anything to your husband.

How far back are you looking ? Hardship claims are for the situation you are in now, not your situation in the past.0

Are you in hardship now? You need to read the link on MSe as hardship is very strict.0
