Reclaiming Debit Card Payments

Hi All

I recently used a company to deal with rodents at a business premises, they came out several times over December and were paid via Debit Card on each occassion.

Since then there has been no improvement with the problem, I spoke to Management at the company and they advised that their results are not guaranteed - it's sort of a disclaimer. What they have offered is a voucher to the value of £40 which can be used in their company.

Is there anyway I can reverse these payments on my card?

Why do you think the company are not entitled to keep the money you paid them?

Why did you call them back on several occassions, and agree to pay them each time?
  • I guess because the work they did was unsuccessful.

Quality of goods or services isn't covered under Visa Chargeback procedures. They have provided what you have paid for, there's no cover for the fact it hasn't worked. Why did you keep calling them back if it wasn't working ?
