I recently emailed Morrisons to tell them that a loaf of longlife bread had become mouldy a day before its best before, they took me at my word and this morning I received £3 in vouchers from them along with an apology letter :T

Last year I got a £10 gift voucher in compensation from them. I had taken back a set of 6 mugs after the bottom cracked in one on its first use. The hot tea in it went all over me.
The letter that accompanied the voucher did imply that the fault was mine though. I should not have put BOILING WATER in the mug, I should have let the water cool slightly first.0 -

there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'

Ditto, also had shockingly bad customer service following a complaint to their Head Office, I avoid using the store now.0 -
That was decent of them. I've just opened a Morrisons 'thick' sliced loaf to find its thiner than the normal one, wonder if I should email them...0

Send it in a box. The royal Mail will probably squash the slices even more in an envelope.
