Payless home stores brislington

Hi, i'm wondering if anyone out there has had any dealings with payless furniture shop in brislington near Bristol? basically i paid for a sofa, they delivered the wrong one, failed to keep to any of the delivery times for the correct one, told me i could have a refund if i didn't want the sofa when it eventually turned up which didn't happen so i am now trying to claim my money back through the courts. I still have the wrong sofa haven't used it and quite frankly it's been a nightmare especially over christmas and new year as couldn't have anyone over as couldn't and wouldn't use the sofa.
