I don't go to the freebies forum that often - which reminds me, I must try and remember to go there more often. But when I popped in this morning, I noticed that with the thread I looked at, the thanks button for the OP had an extra bit attached that said "WOW". Ok I admit it, I felt a stab of very childlike envy - I WANT ONE TOO!!!!

hi blu, we had it at one time but it got took off please be a responsible pet owner & spay/neuter your pets, too many strays & not enough homes for them sadly.

As far as I can remember, the objective of the wow factor was to show the most popular competitions.
If you have a look at weeowens post here you will see that beneath the big buttons for end date view, new post view and standard view, there is a hyperlink for today's most popular. If you want to see the most popular competitions, you can click on this link and then bookmark the page. It achieves basically the same result without the big flashy icons.
