Cheers for the support. I'm starting to feel like it isn't the end of the world as I once thought it was. I cocked up but who hasn't cocked up once in their life? It's what I do and how I manage it from now on. It's hard to see out of it at first but as long as it's managed and I learn from it, it's not the doom and gloom I originally thought. Thank you for the advice and support! It really helped when I was at my lowest.

On the upside I overpaid my council tax and they owe me £155. :)

Glad your most recent post seems a bit more positive mm. As you say, people do make mistakes and as long as you learn from them, that's a good thing. It's a very hard lesson to learn though.
I told my husband last night about the extent of the debts I had been hiding from him. You can imagine how it went.
If you look back at the desperation of your posts from a few days ago they have changed into something a bit more positive and forward looking, so I guess we can all take comfort from the fact that...everything passes, nothing stays the same and I know it's and old cliche but time is a great healer.

I'm really sorry you are going through the same thing. Although it goes down a bit badly at first with everyone, when the emotion and upset starts to clear some light does poke through. I hope you see that soon and don't beat yourself up. It's not worth it and I think we're all hardest on ourselves.
