Good morning, all!
I have the chance to purchase a great business in a market that is perfect for me. However, there are a few stumbling blocks; one that perhaps someone here can help me with?
I live in the Far East and have been a non resident of the UK for the past 3 years. I cannot register the business in the country I reside in for numerous reasons. The person who is selling is from the States and had it set up as a US company operating out with America. Can I do the same thing... and if so, how?
