does occupational pension affect ESA payment

Hello My daughter applied for ESA 2 weeks ago and is presently receiving no payment. I think that she may be at the assessment stage. I took early retirement from a job 3 years ago and receive an occupational pension but no benefits. I pay a mortgage, rates, etc. Does my occupational pension which is just above benefit level affect any payment that my daughter might receive from ESA.
