  • Morning all.

Told dd1 about bubble bath and she was going to try it on her way to work. Will be her first attempt so hoping they haven't fixed it or removed stock. If it doesn't work I'll have to give her "a few" of mine :rotfl:
:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:

Big thank you for everyones kind words. :A

I left mum at the hospice not really anymore comfortable than she was at home. :( But they did give her an injection before I left, morphine I assumed so hopefully that will give her a good night.

Consultant will see her tomorrow to decide the next plan of action, which could possibly be the trial of metadone she was offer previously or even more radiotherapy as they think the cancer may have spread down/up her spine as there are 2 new pain areas now. :(

It is a lovely hospice and I know she is being well looked after, I will sleep well tonight knowing she is not on her own. Have washed the sheets from the spare room at hers just in case I need to sleep there at some point if she makes it home again.

    Night all. xx

    morning guys and gals :D

can i ask the experts about the giftcards....

I know its buy £40 for £30 etc....but do these have to be in £20 denominations ie if i want to buy £200 worth of giftcards for £150, do they have to be 20 x £10 or 10 x £20 giftcards....or could I get 8 x £25 cards iykwim?

I'm planning a rinse and repeat operation as the nearest B and A are next to each other 5 mins away from me.....but doubt they will have that many cards in stock....so would be easier to buy the higher value cards! :D
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

Good morning everybody, I hope you are all well and have a fabulous Friday. I am bracing myself for the next band of snow coming. Should be fun. I hope you all stay safe and warm. Happy shopping.

    Morning

Good luck to those that are trying the free fish in S today (I'm not going, too cold and too much hassle with 2 kids :p, plus i got £30 worth of fish for a tenner on whoopsies on Wed:D)

One extra thing for S, if you get a til spit for 40p off McCains wedges, the "mexican" flavour are on offer, fro £1.80 down to £1 (so costing you 60p). I got some yesterday and another til spit for wedges popped out.:D
    Tiger
I'm a body double for Claudia Schiffer and i wont get out of bed for less than [STRIKE]£10k per day[/STRIKE] a 1p find

are the PayPal and prepay Visa cards that you buy in boots these ones?

    https://www.3vprepaid.com/help-3V-gift-cards.html?tk=18

If so have a look at the T&C before you buy (Im a total T&C geek with everything:o )

I may have the wrong cards? but if these are the ones you need to read the T&C before buying loads of them. There's also a section there about PayPal giftcards
Can you use the Visa card in an atm machine or can you only but stuff with it, or would that be too good to be true ?
-looks like the funds can be 'withdrawn' to a bank account (from the T&C above), but I haven't partaken in this particular fun so I cannot confirm!

Tinyshoes, sending you all the best wishes. Hospice people are pretty special and will take good care of your mother. :A

My understanding is the offer is only on the £10 and £20 cards
