the noisy family get up before me so no real need but if I am getting up first I set the 2 mobiles ring tone set to max playing Guns n Roses You Could Be Mine (no one could sleep through that !) and the alarm starts quiet & gets louder

    Evening folks

Funny story about the last time I wore a watch

I was at a wedding that had a magician going round the tables. He came to ours and tried to take my watch off without anyone at the table noticing. He might have managed it with anyone else at the table but my strap snapped and the watch fell on the floor with a thud

His face was a picture. I took my time telling him the strap was badly frayed and ready to break for weeks.

    Poor guy :rotfl:.

Patty granted some of us like to stay under the radar for glitching etc but putting up with bad customer service isn't something we must do I feel, having said that is wimpy me gonna do anything about it when trouted unfairly and with no grounds to be questioned...probs not, but you have guts I know it Ms.Oh La La LaBelle and I think you should get an apology...Very similar situation with her too...but over a coupon, legit one too from their own mag...supervisor made her wait just as u were made to (trouty tit on the till asked her, is couponing a habit then, do you fill our tills with your coupons? cheeky git, he said this to her, I can't believe it, this is whilst the supervisor went to check a 60p coupon with the manager, yes 60p:eek: my sis did lean in and tell him I have 500 more of these and I'm coming through your till to use them all, yep I nearly wet meself laughin:rotfl:) she came back handed the coupon to the tit on the till and said 'well he says it's ok, I'm still unsure but put it through just this time'

My sister called out to the supervisor and said 'Sorry what was that'
she answered 'I didn't say anything'
sis - 'really?' I'm sure I heard something?'
    supervisor - 'No, I really didn't'
sis- 'I could swear I heard you say, I'm so very sorry to keep you waiting. did you not say that? Oh that's right that's just the manners I have been brought up with, which were telling me you were supposed to say so'
supervisor - 'I'm sorry to have kept you waiting'
sis- you are? that's wonderful, are you also sorry for calling your manager wrong? I understand you have done me some kind of favour by putting a 60p coupon through for me which my sis(me) has cut out of your own magazine. My sis (me) has worked as a till supervisor at a supermarket before and never undermined her managers decision. I see you do, whilst making Sada's customers feel uncomfortable. I hope you understand whilst in this green uniform, you represent this company, I don't believe sada pay you for the privilege of being rude to customers, I am about to go report you, I'm heading to cs now, would you like to accompany me'
(she started walking and to my surprise the supervisor followed her...I am now left at the till, as my transaction is the next one this tit is putting through and I have 3 apg's to use, here I am thinking, ohh great! now hes gonna trouble me over apg's)
supervisor- walks to the cs desk with her, all the while apologising, when they get there, my sis calmly told her, I'll let it go this time, next time, I'll make a form a complaint and they walk their separate ways.)

Now I was all prepared for him to say no you can't use that kleenex coupon and not all your 3 apg's...tit called same supervisor over asking about coupons and apg's ...she simply murmered to him 'put them all through, just do it' I was :rotfl: whilst I grabbed my trolley and walked towards my sis who was cool as a cucumber, she knows full well how to deal with trouts:rotfl:

I was stood next to her as all this happened at the till, and was laughing so much quietly to myself...just kept a straight face...now had this been me in her place, no such thing would have gone down...I wouldn't have said anything probably:( but her, she just get's right in there:rotfl:

start having what yr sis has for breakfast ;) shes an angle and id be proud at times iv said simlar to them but not calm:o yr sis has got it perfect ,
  • There is bound to be a multivit glitch at sada that we have not discovered yet.......in the style of the choccie glitch ie two plus a trigger. They are 3 for £10 and there is bound to be something in the middle of it. I am going to look - maybe others could look too.:D

    Hi.

    It really is all tactical.
(I'm referring to the pricing in supermarkets.)

I'm not giving too much away - I'm adopting my own tactical position now - in case they see this post and change it back again. That item that was in one store for a higher price than a competitor and they never reduced the on-shelf price to match the competitor's price...

Well... they've now - still not matching the rival's price - introduced a multibuy offer on it, in fact a 3 for 2 offer - meaning that, for anyone that doesn't need or want 3, they're still paying the same higher price on it than the competitor (and, more likely, the customer offsets the customer's loss (higher price on this item) by also buying something on special offer at the store and thus losing anything on any price comparison).

It's merely sending me, now, to the rival, and to buy the required number vs the first store (whose prices, for many people who don't take up the new multibuy, will still be higher than the rival).

So having been overcharged and me resetting the price to the lower priced competitor each time, now I actually will take up the 'buy 3' offer (since, yes, I actually do need or want three) - but I'll buy 3 at the place that doesn't have the "3 for 2" offer on, and reset them to the lower price the first competitor now is - but a lower price only when you buy 3 (still overcharged if you buy 1 or 2, as many people I suspect still would, and would put in a cheaper item to lose any refund of the difference etc. on the first).

    Tactics, tactics, tactics...:rotfl::rotfl:
    i think i actually understood this:D
