I find sending emails with picture attachments every week does speed things up.:D We were so desperate to move in that we signed on the dotted line far to quickly, taking the place as it was. We have put up with loads of carp and i had finally had enough of it. I just kept emailing and texting and she finally said ok to the work. No more avocado green bathroom. :jHonestly its manky and older than me. Its looks carp, dirty and tatty. I can't wait to have a decent looking loo. :T

You can't use the blasted vouchers on reduced items, it clearly says that and the SA's no longer even try. I don't know what to use my vouchers on, I have 10 now, would be awful for them to go to waste, but I don't actually want to pay anything on top, I just want things for free.
