Morning guys. Well, we are on the train to London but it was a later train than planned. Heavy snow started about 7am and our taxi was late, then it took an hour to get from Kit's house to Havant station which would normally take about 10 mins. We then had to wait 35 mins for delayed train and the snow just kept on falling. Travelling trough blizzards now
Anyone got a weather report from central London, our hotel is in WembleyMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

LOL I'm so swiping this and sending it to DH at workMorning all. Anyone else got shed loads of ice near where they live? Looks like I shall be Dancing On Ice this afternoon when I go out! So glad I booked the end of this week off of work. Wish me luck.
We've got ice on the hilly footpaths which I've managed to dodge for a few days, only problem is now it's started lightly snowing I can't remember where the ice is so nearly went A over T a few times on the way back home :mad:Mrs_Jagger wrote: »I just heard on Five Live that the Food Standards Agency think it's immoral to bin the contaminated burgers. We had a box of value burgers for dinner on Monday or Tuesday I think so a couple of days before this all kicked off, did they taste any different? Nope, would I eat them again? I wouldn't say neighHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Classy Chick06 where are you in Yorkshire? Sunshine I am jealous.
No snow or sunshine here (just a bit on the ground from the other day) - due to get it this afternoon - but ground cold and covered in microflakes from yesterday so it will stick when it comes.
We live NE of Leeds (nr Wetherby) which neighbours tell me name comes from Weather By - because most of worst of weather misses this area (most but not all). Doesn't apply to the Wetherby services area on A1 tho' - they built exposed narrow ramps to that - so lorries do get stuck there.
Logie - really hope your boots order comes .... worth a check call now to customer services - posted last night that most people got there despatch emails yesterday afternoon so you could say you saw them and wondered where yours was.....
Rosynbach - congrats grandma
fuzzygun19 - lovely addition
lutzi1 - hope OH gets home safely - have fingers corssed they keep Saddleworth moor bit of M62 open - they do usually throw everything at it and more traffic during the day. Train sounds good idea.
Picking my niece up in Tadcaster at 1ish hopefull (she is at York Uni at moment and was shivering in student digs) - warmer here and free food but she has to put up with kids and cats- so it can snow after then. OH on 2-10 in the stix so hope he'll get home - he has winter tyres, and sleeping bag.
Thanks for all the dog pictures peeps they are a tonic and Wackynut - love your morning jokes never fail to raise a smile.0 -
Hi izzy i found out what sneckie is lol and im not one. I just visit a friend there every month or so. Flew back home early today and found more snow here than there. I always dread them saying flight cancelled as its an all day ride home on the train and well over £100 for the privilege
my fault for presuming a fact, anyway glad your flight landed safely:)
