Just reading back and here's a tip for migraine sufferers:

    http://www.ehow.com/how_6749149_use-peppermint-oil-migraines.html

I've always found it helpful and Fudge_Cake does too, HTH

I always used to use a hot water bottle on the back of neck, obviously not in direct contact with skin helped.:)

My dd has to drive 200 miles in early hours of tomorow morning in a sports car:eek:. Seriously worried :(. Hope everyone is well x

It really depends what type of sports car. Many of them (Porsche, Audi etc) are 4 wheel drive are better than ordinary cars. Also the large engine means it can move really easily at low revs, its high revs that leads to skids. i wouldnt worry unduly

Hubby's just been called back to his depot in Cardiff, hopefully he'll be sent home early, they just couldn't do their collections or deliveries to many roads closed.

It was ok in Cardiff an hour ago

We are in the north past Inverness and have no snow on the low ground at the moment but I can see Ben Wyvis from the window and it looks like a huge white marchmallow, actually very pretty, it has been trying to fall with teeny tiny flakes but if it does come it will lie as its 0C and the ground is frozen, but pretty much nothing stops dh work routine except he switchs to the 4x4 to get out.

Hi izzy i found out what sneckie is lol and im not one. I just visit a friend there every month or so. Flew back home early today and found more snow here than there. I always dread them saying flight cancelled as its an all day ride home on the train and well over £100 for the privilege

I have burgers from Tosco but not any of the 3 mentioned, do you reckon I could still get a refund if I took the wrapper in ? ( I'll keep the burgers . lol )

Morning everyone. No fresh snow here today. Very cold outside. Off to do the housework for a couple of hours. Hate cleaning!
