Good morning all, a light covering of snow in S.bury,and coming down quite thick now,When I was a school girl ( ok it was in the 60s)omg long time ago..I can't remember my school ever closing because of snow. Wellies on 2 pairs of socks,hats gloves scarves and a good 1 1/2 mile walk. I remember getting to school and we had to put out outer clothing on the radiators to dry until playtime,then out in the snow again whether we liked it or not.have a good day everyone and stay safe

Morning all.Cold and bright here in Teesside. No snow expected until late afternoon.

Fire was still going this morning so topped it up and will get on with some bits and pieces while waiting for my delivery sometime today from Dell. Will watch with interest to see if glitch is going today but not very hopeful:)

on brighter news dd1 had her baby yesterday a lovely boy Llywelyn Hywel :j:j sent home 10pm Wednesday as no beds back in by ambulance 3 hours later so have been at hers looking after dgd 18 months old, baby born by midday sent home by 6 oclock, so very hectic, she is happy to be home as not sure she would have got back today

There is falling snow here but so are the window cleaners. Hope I'm not responsible if their ladders slip

Just measured depth of snow in my garden...too deep for me to venture outside, so, as I have run out of bread and Co-Op is over a very white road, I shall forgo my morning two slice of toast!
