Please spare a thought for DH, he spent last night on a campbed at Munich airport after his flight was cancelled due to snow there. I'm hoping he'll get back safely today, but I'm guessing conditions aren't going to be good in Manchester or driving over the Pennines. Can anyone over there give me an update, please?

Thank goodness he's got his winter tyres on.

Lutzi I live very near the M60 and have checked with friend who lives near airport there is no snow at the moment. It snowed last night but it's gone this morning. I hope he gets back safely. If it snows badly could he get the airport train through to Leeds??? save the journey of horror over the M62.
