Evening, hope everyone is warm and well. On my way out of work the Headteacher informed us that school is closed tommorow as the weather is supposed to be bad. I think the staff were more excited than the kids lol.
Sad to see so many people with problems but it is so lovely to see all the support they get here. Hugs to everyone who needs them.0 -
See where it is snowing in the UK right now, you can also tweet your location to add to the map

I am annoyed with Alpen bars. THe on pack 50p MOCS are not normal cut out ones instead you have to put a code into the website to print off old computer would not recognise the codes either on IE or safari. So I try on the new computer and needless to say the coupon printer won't load :mad::mad::mad:
Just wondering wether its worth the effort of hitching up the laptop to the printer.
Might be better to try emailing their customer services instead
Why make things so difficult.
I always had problems with Alpen bars when they were glitching, the wretched things always ruined my APGS.“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”0 -

hiya
i did an asda shop earlier and bought 3 for £10 wine. 2 of the wines are in the comparable list (but n/a to other supermarkets) but 1 of them is not. Does this mean that if you buy the wine that isnt in the comparable list plus 2 that you know will compare to another shop, there is a wine glitch?0 -
Forgive me if this list doesn't look tidy - everytime I paste something then try and sort it out it just ends up looking worse.
My online shop today:
30 items (16 different) on your bill qualify for comparison ASDA Tesco
+£9.60
4 x ASDA Smartprice Marrowfat Processed Peas in Water ... £0.84 £0.68
1 x Birds Eye Hot & Spicy Chicken (2 per pack - 180g) £1.68 £1.00
1 x Birds Eye Mini Potato Waffles (26 per pack - 513g) £1.75 £0.99
1 x Birds Eye Fish Fingers with Omega 3 (20 per pack -... £3.50 £1.75
2 x Heinz Big Soup Beef, Tomato & Onion (400g) £1.96 £2.16
2 x Heinz Big Soup Angus Steak & Onion (500g) £2.00 £2.00
2 x Winalot Shapes (800g) £2.00 £2.00
1 x McVitie's Jaffa Cakes Triple Pack (36 per pack - 4... £2.98 £1.54
2 x Fray Bentos Meatballs in Tomato Sauce (380g) £1.78 £1.78
1 x Tetley Tea Bags (160 per pack - 500g) £4.30 £3.00
1 x Batchelors Bigga Marrowfat Processed Peas (538g) £0.50 N/A
2 x Branston Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (4x410g) £3.00 £2.54
2 x Ye Olde Oak Hamburgers in Delicious, Rich Onion Gr... £1.96 N/A
1 x Huggies Newborn Nappies Size 3 4-9kg (75) £9.00 N/A
1 x Huggies Newborn Size 2 3-6kg (88) £9.00 N/A
5 x ASDA Chosen by You Evaporated Milk (410g) £2.85 £3.95
1 x ASDA Smartprice Rice Pudding (400g) £0.12 £0.11
1 x Pringles Sour Cream & Onion (190g) £1.50 £2.00
1 x Pringles Cheese & Onion (190g) £1.50 £2.00
3 x Diet Coke Caffeine Free (8x330ml) £10.95 £5.61
Result was an APG of £12.92 but because one of my coke cans burst and leaked out all over my hallway floor, I phoned up and got a £5 voucher and refunded £3.85 (I ordered 4 packs) so Sada have paid me £3.80 to buy them (I think!).
I also got 3 x 6 pints semi skimmed milk that hasn't shown on the APG at all which I'm relieved about as I always thought it would compare in Sada's favour as they're approximately 40p cheaper per carton than anybody else.
The meatballs are supposed to be on multibuy @ 2 for £1 but the comparison doesn't show that - don't know if that's of any help to anybody.
Could you post the A v M shop please Tweets.
I wondered if the 8 pks of cola were comparing. Thank you.0
