Well my brief good news is over. I wrote a few days ago that my mortgage company had offered me a deal to consolidate my arrears and I was going to be about £300 per month better off. So I though great this will be the year I sort out my finances. Then get up this morning to a letter with the new mortgage figures and the payment will now be £160.00 more per month not £300.00 less.
So really upset and when I phoned them they just said the figures I was given were wrongly calculated and the new figure was correct. I would not have done it if I though I would be worse off. I am struggling as it is. And would you believe the department I have been dealing with is called "Tool Box"!!!
Anyway my younger brother just called me about something else and he said if I get the figures over to him he will to the amoratisation figures and help me write to them.
I was off to Portugal for a break with my sister tommorow but have called her and cancelled it as I cant go away snd spend money when this is hanging over me.

    Morning all

Went to wilko this morning and started stocking up on birthday gifts for this year:
    2013-01-11101939_zps1cd01d70.jpg
Photo box was £1, as was the wheat bag, tin and wine wedge. The bath fizzers and hand creams were 25p each and the doll bubble bath and piggy bank were 50p each :)

I just come back from Wilkos, no christmas stock at all :(

Was surprised at how expensive everything is

Hold fire til your brother looks at the figures - the mortgage co must have done something wrong. Too much of a difference from their phone quote. Your btother will look at figures and the rates etc and hopefully all will not be so bad.

To be honest there wasn't a lot left at my store and there was another couple of women around the shelves too - a little like whoopsie time at Mr Ts! If I'd left it any longer there would have been nothing left so I'm happy with what I managed to get :)
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79
