I'm hoping for a summer like we had in 1976:D I can just about remember it:D
Remember it well but my holiday was a bit of a dissapointment:mad:
Me a few mates decided to go on a canal boat holiday in the Evesham area. Problem was that canal boats were restricted to moving for a few hours a day due to the locks being closed to save water. Needless to say we didn't travel very far:rotfl::rotfl:

I don't think their was last year:(But you never know;)I just like to go in and buy it and then have a coffee with Nannylala and admire all our goodies;):rotfl::rotfl:And ooh and aah over it all:oIf you're going to a bigger store they often ship stuff in from the smaller stores so you might be surprised:)

My store is small so we didn't have a lot of stock to start with. We often get offers on the pink machine thingy for free benefit samples, but we don't have a benefit counter.
Our nearest big store is Meadowhall but it's about £17 each on the train and takes about 2hrs to get there.

    Morning

Bit of a busy morning here. Baby Harry woke up at just gone 6 as he was snuffly but it meant I got up and sorted nice and early. DS1 at nursery today and Harry back down for a nap shortly after 8 so managed to get a load of washing done, kitchen and bathroom cleaned and living room dusted before my Drs appt at at 10 :j

GP bit annoying. Hour long delay sat in waiting room then she would only give me 10 days worth of my blood thinning injection and not on repeat prescription  Surely is a waste of appts me keep having to go to the surgery to get them. Not to mention that it's not the best place for me to be hanging around when i'm trying to avoid germs  My consultant has written to them to say I'll need to be on them for at least 3 months but still I have to keep going back. Still, I shouldn't moan, maybe they just like to see me :p

So got back home and baby asleep again in car seat so have managed a little catch up and a cuppa :D

Considering rebelling and going to do proper shop at Ts this afternoon. After all, can't face many more bugs than I have already today. Usually do online shop but by the time I got around to it last night they'd run out of delivery slots for today :o I could get it delivered tomorrow instead but meals planned around deals etc and many finish today. Out of interest does anyone know what time they update website with offers that start tomorrow?

GoCat, I won 2 packs of cereal the very first time I played the Dorset cereal game back in Oct/Nov time. Played almost every day since but not won anything else

my o/h is on tablets for the rest of his life all need to keep him alive and hes has to have 3 months worth at a time -- i have such difficulty getting them in the beginign we had to travel hour each way to get the, then it was decided that

he culd hav them from doctors -but they were only giving a week at a time:eek::mad: but

naw all sorted after i got bit shirty with them adn sent letter after letter of complaint and rang almost every day for few months :rotfl::rotfl: i shu, ldnt have had to do this but id do it again if i had to and i think

doctors need to look at all the repeat prescripts of valum, methdone, etc and see where the waste is ,

have you spoken to practice manger to see what the hold up is ? infact demand to know why ? there important to you

I usually find 1 or 2 a month, and I've had 1 so far. Trouble is those 50p offers are going to ruin the wombles anyone does find as they're stuff that most people have in the cupboards as standbys eg tinned tomatoes, spaghetti, pasta soup etc.
