Might just be me being lucky but I check MSM before I leave the house after carefully planning my shop:)

And I can usually calculate within pennies how much APG I'll get back:)

Are you targeting your shop against only one supermarket. (sorry not teaching grandmothers to suck eggs:))

I can't :o I have an apg for £6 odd and would like to make it produce another one. Hint, hint. Thank you:)

I too, like Truly Mad, resisted whoopsie shopping today. Did have to pop to tesco this morning to buy some potatoes for lunch as had visitors. Usually buy these on the whoopsie counter but haven't since any for months - probably the wet weather. Any way opted for some market value ones 1kg for 69p. Out of this packet 7 are going back to Mr. T on wed as they are disgusting split and black. Used the rest for my sunday lunch. Love nikkalas tea bread. I make a similar version to these but use mugs as measures. It is so easy and so yummy! Hope to find some whoopsies tomorrow afternoon. I find monday they mark stuff down to a good price earlier.

    Good evening everyone,
I joined mse on Friday as my daughter encouraged me to join in but I somehow managed to offend people with my user name and I got a few unpleasant messages, I decided to not join in anymore after that horrible experience but my daughter has persuaded me to still join as there is a lot of lovely people who actually welcomed me so I have started a new account as I couldn't work out how to change it.

I would just like to pop in and say hello and I will contribute as soon as I find something good to share with you all :D

Good for you, continuing with the thread/mse and money saving.

Just ignore all those messages you had, from idiots being unwelcoming and impolite.

    Welcome again :D

Spent the day cleaning out our shed. 7 bags of rubbish now ready for Oh to take to tip tommorow. However found we have mice in there so had to have a bath and wash all my clothes and coat when I finished. We have been renting a garage to store spare stuff so now we can empty it and bring it all back to the shed.
OH called in and took me to Mr W for woopsies. Got 3 pasta dishes for 9p each and a lemon curd yoghourt for 9p. We went for a T before paying and saw the lovely flower girl move some more flowers into the reduction bin. Got 2 £15.00 bunches for 49p each!!! You should have seen the look on some peoples faces when I paid for them.
1 pasta is in the oven which I am going to have with 2 pieces of woopsied ham from mR T and a nice piece of French Grain bread for our lovely baker.
Then got to list a few things on EBay

well done on the whoopsies:) hope the mice have gone from the shed
