    Evening lovelies
As we have very little funds at the mo and noticed today that a £12+ apg finished today we decided to get some ESSENTIALS.......first trip out for OH since his op, so I had to remind him not to load the trolley with sweets etc.
Got some long life welchs and chose the youngest sa.
All was going well until the end when he scanned the welchs coupon and it said item not bought, then he pressed the button a couple more times and the till started to crash.
Lots of people came up and they had to take me and my shop (and vouchers) to another till and start all over.
I polietley told them OH had just had an op and needed to sit so they tried to scan everything as quick as poss......well she dropped his favourite, chicken and sweetcorn sandwich filler and it split.
She was head supervisor and was so nice, she voided it and also gave me £2,then sent a runner who could only get two small ones which were given free.
At the end she took off a further £5 and scanned the coupon no probs which gave me an extra £1 off the shopping.
So in the end my not very mse shop cost me less than £17.
Feeling smug I popped to Mr T to spend the womble I got yesterday.
£4.07, someone bought 5 brandy and it was cheaper in A.
Anyway got lots of woopsies and cokes and only parted with £8 after doubling coupons of different types etc.
Thought it was a very lucky day considering its the 13th as only spent £25 in real money and the cupboards and freezers are fit to bust.

We'll be growing it in our flat and we don't have any cats :rotfl: unless it has to grow outdoors in which case my mam's garden will be full of stoned kitties :rotfl:

I had a plant in my garden. It was in an old fish tank (I grow tomatoes in it). My cats used to jump in there and chew the plant. I paid 10p for the plant from B&Q in the summer. It's funny watching the cats rolling around after getting their fix:D

must keep an eye out for ood sels on that lenor then........
...that reminds me to mention for the DTDrs. There were a lot of offers finishing today. Called into my T just before closing and had a look but I'm sure a few of them have been changed to 23/1 today?

Many of them were half price offers on electricals, housewares etc but wouldn't expect many of them to go back up to originally quoted price as they seem to have been inflated to make the offer look good....no change there then:rotfl:.
    Awaiting a new sig

Hello Petulia, does your avatar keep gaining a cat?

I'm sure it started off with one:) and now you have three.

    Are they breeding?:)

Honest, there were three all along, three brothers snapped at the local RSPCA. Sorry to bring a bit of sadness into the thread, but we adopted two, both little sweeties, sadly both no longer with us, though we do have another adopted cat who is a bit of a grumpy old man.

ARRRRGH! We are considering cancelling next Christmas as Dd is currently playing up bigtime.
    Good evening everyone,
I joined mse on Friday as my daughter encouraged me to join in but I somehow managed to offend people with my user name and I got a few unpleasant messages, I decided to not join in anymore after that horrible experience but my daughter has persuaded me to still join as there is a lot of lovely people who actually welcomed me so I have started a new account as I couldn't work out how to change it.

I would just like to pop in and say hello and I will contribute as soon as I find something good to share with you all :D

:T Thanks for giving mse another go supernanna01 sorry you had a few unpleasant messages about your original username (one man's meat and all that), looking forward to more messages and advice from a supernan :T
