    I absolutely hear you gypsy! The message your daughter has now had is that she has to use her pocket money to contribute towards basic such as food, heating etc ... and she doesn't have a say in it.

    How rotten of him. It astounds me how parents can be so hellbent of spiting their ex that they entirely miss the impact on their own children's feelings.

    My ex has just been notified that he has to start paying maintenance (daughter 18yrs old going to Uni in Sept and never had a penny before). He has never given her the time of day let alone pocket money so she has nothing to lose and hopefully a bit of cash to go toward buying books etc.
    Integrity is a dying art!:p
