It appears you suggested that a paper pusher could litigate a claim, rather than a solicitor, when the claimant believes a solicitor to, rightfully, be undertaking the task instead.
That's rather vague... for example where in the Fraud Act does it state a non-solicitor can't litigate on behalf of another person...
So are you saying only solicitors can litigate? And a non-solicitor cannot? Because many people will choose to self-represent and I fail to see how this is unlawful.
Feel free to substantiate this comment and be a little more specific?0
