I've just burnt a music CD for the very first time, and whilst the CD works on almost all my CD players, there is one that it doesn't . I've noticed that there
is a choice of 3 different speeds for burning. I used the fastest speed. Does anybody know if the speed used has an affect on the quality of the output ?

Yes the Speed you burn at can affect the qualtiy of the Burn.
I have been burining Cd/DVD's for a long time and have noticed that maximum speed burns can affect the quality of the burn.
I would recommend using a slower speed and also using "good" media as this affects quality.
Having said that, sometimes players dont like certain media and dont play them very well.0 -
no burning speed shouldn't affect the quality.
Some older cd players wont play writable CDs.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0
