Hi,
A thought me and the OH had we're to buy an old pub, it would no longer be used as a pub but to fit to our business plan if we we're to do it. Does anyone know if this is possible or who would be best to speak to about this sort of plan?

First step would be to contact the local council's planning department and see if, in principle, you would be able to get a change of use for whatever your business is.0
