Can I opt to not make any payments on account?

My mistake sorry, I missed the option on the form.

1) You choose the option 'Do you wish to reduce your payments on account'? You then reduce each to NIL. You do not have to provide an explanation other tha your business has ceased.
2) You should inform HMRC that you have ceased self employment and cancel the Direct Debit. I am not sure as to the position with regard to a refund.0 -

This is not the only reason.The only thing that is constant is change.0 -
Thanks for the help, I found the option to opt out so chose that and I filled in the comments box with the reason.0
