Hi i'm on ESA awaiting my appeal. Ive been waiting since October 2011 for my appeal i had a date in April 2012 but this was put back on hold while they awaited more medical evidence
since then my mental heath has gotton worse and i been sent to neurology,
as i dor think theres a light at the end of the tunnel. i'm thinking of closeing my ESA claim an claiming Income support with the added premiums. if i do close down my claim how would i get income support to add the disabled premiums. is it that i fill the form in and send in every letter from the doctors or what. as i'm getting fed up of being told that i cant have a uegent appeal and that when i move back down to london i'm at the bottom of te list

On what grounds would you be claiming IS.
