Have just installed a new LED monitor, 23" 1920 x 1080, however the display more than fills the screen despite setting the resolution to 1920 x 1080, I am having to move to mouse completely over to left and/or right so the page moves left or right to see all of the page displayed, what am I missing?
THIS is the monitor
A few weeks ago I tried similar monitor but 24", and that one displayed OK when set to 1920 x 1080.

Those pages relate to the same, except that page 14 is for Vista settings and page 16 is for XP, I have XP and have set it to 1920 x 1080, results in OP.
I have set to1280 x 768 and don't need to scroll the page, but that cannot be right?
